I love spending time with my friends, laughing and lounging, dancing and adventuring. I love watching movies and reading good books. I love to go camping with my dog, Charlie and hiking in the bush. I love to explore the ocean with a scuba tank on my back and I love to travel the world with nothing more than my backpack and my curiosity. I love to sew and knot and colour and create. I love to practice yoga and share yoga and live yoga and I love to live this life to the fullest.

One of my greatest pleasures as a yoga teacher is to hear that my students have been practicing their yoga at home. Not everyone can afford to go to a class everyday so it is definitely important for your own well being and your bank balance to be able to cultivate and maintain your own yoga practice at home.
